After 4 years by himself Mark Wood’s customer list for double glazed windows, doors, fascias and conservatories, just continues to grow as people consistently recommend his services.

No doubt the quality of workmanship is self-evident, but Mark’s own genuine friendliness and family values are obviously another tangible factor of his success.

Experience
Mark has been fitting windows for other people for 28 years (10 with Anglian Windows) before branching out on his own. His experience in working with UPVC, timber and aluminium home improvement products is immense. New Pilkington Active glass and any other innovative products in the industry can be readily adopted if required.

Highly Recommended
Customer recommendations are frequent, reflecting the appreciation of home owners who have been delighted with Mark’s service. Eleven installations on his own modest estate, in just three years, must speak for itself.

Personal Attention
Being a one man band means doing virtually everything by himself. In the case of a conservatory this means digging out foundations, concreting, brickwork and final installation. As Mark himself will have discussed the concept from the beginning, and is on site personally throughout, you will not find a better one to one relationship between customer and supplier.

UPV Windows
Mark’s range of internally glazed UPVC windows and doors come in white, mahogany or golden oak effect. The 28mm sealed units have maximum thermal retention and the frames are high security products made from lead-free materials. Doors have five point locking systems.

Roofing
Ultra Frame roofing is chosen from the world’s largest manufacturer. Besides completely new conservatories Mark is often engaged in re-roofing older conservatories. It is amazing how an old building can be revitalised by a bright, clean, new roof.

Costs
A new conservatory is often less expensive than people think. Starting from nothing to a spacious Edwardian or Victorian conservatory, complete with framework, window boards, French doors and electrics costs just £6,955 (3 metre x 3.5 metres).

Literally any size or shape can be made as the system is all custom made to suit. All you have to do is choose your desired lighting and flooring. Ceramic flooring can also be arranged by Mark so everything could be under the one umbrella.

Facias and Soffits
Plastic roofline products are the answer to expensive maintenance of old wooden fascias and soffits. Mark Woods supplies everything including guttering and down pipes so that getting up a ladder should be a thing of the past, and the property’s value is bound to increase too. All installations comply with building regulations Part L.

Repairs
Other repairs and replacements for example to misted sealed units, locks, hinges and so on have the benefit of Mark’s vast knowledge of the industry.

Advice
Straightforward advice extends from the minor refurbishment of a door handle up to a conservatory of the most palatial proportions. You will never get sales pressure, although you will be offered a chance to view over twenty different installations; so that satisfied customers can demonstrate their pleasure by giving you the opportunity to see the quality of Mark’s work in the flesh.

Pricing
Estimates are always free. Mark can also arrange competitive finance packages; written quotations are available without obligation. A response for a quote may be rapid, but there it lays with the customer. “I never ring back or chase potential customers. I leave everything like that to the customers’ discretion”.
