The Queen's Head, Bramfield is holding a prize draw in aid of the Halesworth Community Nursing Care Fund. Tickets cost £1 from the Queen's Head and you have a chance of winning a basket of goodies including Amanda's home-made jams, chutney, 2 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of Adnams beer and home-made biscuits or cake.

The Halesworth Community Care Fund provides nursing support and care for the terminally ill and their families whilst being nursed in the community.

Do you have any unwanted t-shirts that you can drop off at the Queen's Head for our daughter Zoe to take to school as part of Blue Peter's current appeal - Operation Smile?

The t-shirts will be turned into gowns before being sent to Blue Peter for children to wear whilst having a cleft repair operation in India. Every gown donated will mean £3 is saved so more operations can be performed - a simple way to help a very worth cause.
