Waveney Valley WiRE
Meeting 1st June 2010
Meeting 1st June 2010
Calling all ladies involved in businesses in the Waveney Valley...
The new Waveney Valley branch of WiRE - Women in Rural Enterprise is launching in Bungay on Tuesday 1st June (not Tuesday 4th May as previously stated in the press) We are meeting in the Gallery upstairs at the Fisher Theatre in Broad Street in Bungay from 6.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. www.fishertheatre.org gives directions. Parking is nearby.
This is a friendly networking group for ladies involved in business, from established business right through those with part-time businesses to those starting, or thinking of starting up. It is an opportunity to get to know other like minded women, gain new contacts, and learn from each other. WiRE is the only national UK organisation solely dedicated to promote, support and develop rural businesswomen. Full details of the benefits of being a WiRE member are available at the meetings or at the WiRE website www.wireuk.org.
At our first meeting we are pleased to have Rachel Ducker, East of England Young Businesswomen of the Year 2009, to talk to us about her journey, and her company Apparition Marketing and Design. The cost is £5 to include nibbles, and drinks can be purchased in the Theatre Bar. If you wish to attend you need to book a place by Friday 28th May latest.
To book your place please call Lisa on (01986) 788462 or email: info@lisa-jones.co.uk or Gemma (01986) 893133 or email enquiries@humblecake.co.uk
